Linde (& Baker) H35D:
Forklift not lifting

I have a very funny problem with one forklift. it works well say for 3 hours then it looses lifting power or force. We are a brewery so when it starts that then we only use it for moving pallets with empty bottles that are lighter. I have already changed the pump. I checked it today and the problem is only on lifting, tilting is ok. The pressure is 185 bar and i think it should be sufficient. What could be happening? it only does that when the oil is hot

Sudan is not warm, its **** hot! Ok i think let me change the oil. Funny thing is that when it fails to lift all other functions are ok. You might be right with the oil issue. Thanks

Perhaps this is the oil gravity issue.
In Sudan is probably warmer than here ;-).
The hydraulic oil attenuates with the temperature, so, if you use the standard HL or HLP 46 oil, try to change it for HL/HLP 68 or even 100.

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
