Yale GLP030VXNUSE084:
xmsn wont calibrate?

I went into the calibration menu and tried to calibrate xmsn valve I put both brakes on and started forklift like it told me too. At the end it said that the calibration is out of range and for me to try again. I did and the same results. Any one have a clue on why it wouldn't take. And also which valve is it.

Did you full throttle the engine during the calibration?

I believe this is calibrating the enable valve in the control valve assy on top of the transmission, this valve is located in the port that has a number 5 cast into it the one with the number two is the forward soileniod valve and the one with number one is the reverse.
The enable valve,is actuated by a pressure switch on the bottom of the master cylinder, this switch sends a signal to the ECM which in turns energizes the enable solenoid, can check this pressure switch in the master cylinder, might not be functioning....

Was the transmission up to operating temp? or 120 degrees at least? if it continues to fail you have a probably have pressure sensor failed.
