thanks for the support...issue was solved , the in house tech had done an engine oil change and for some reason did not properly check the amount of oil , he assured me oil was freshly changed but when I asked if the issue started after oil change he replied : No it's been getting worse and worse thru out the year... so I kinda steer away from checking oil level lol big mistake !!

After loosing a few hairs on my already balding head I pull out the dipstick to find out it was barely dry!!.... it was missing three quarts of oil!!

Sorry for the late response (better late than never) but this can be useful for another tech in the future...thanks to those who answered me with some support!!

To test if a fuel issue- bleed fuel system & give a quick squirt of either while cranking. If it fires right up then you were correct with the fuel issue.

Customers love technology- until they have to pay to fix it!
Make sure you check the diaphram and clean the tar build up in the carburator.

forgot to add that I noticed the hotter the engine is the harder to start it gets.Seems to me like a fuel issue...I would really appreciate if one of you folks can tell me the best way to test an EPR (electronic pressure regulator) wich is nothing more than the vaporizer , tomorrow I want to also check the lock off valve wish I previously did but guess I did not check it properly. thanks in advance!!
