Hi
Servicing as someone else stated it's not rocket science " We provide logbooks for daily safety checks and maintenance. Google logbooks.com.au and put in " forklift " in the search box, these books will help I am sure. Go to the enlarged picture to see the pages. 12 months recording x 7 days either 1 shift / day or 3 shifts per day.

every time you use it it's one less time that it can be used
{legally,} We have to respect the intellectual property rights of the copyright holders, and let you know that Forklift manuals are almost all considered "proprietary information", and the only proper place to get them is from your local dealer who is the legal representative of the manufacturer. We can answer specific questions about particular concerns, and even quote small sections of the manuals (it's called "fair use" to intelligently discuss the particular concern), but can not be seen as trying to get around the legal rights of the copyright holders (usually the manufacturer). [legally, it is a type of theft, stealing the copy right]
If there is a particular problem we can address for you, I am sure there are folks here who can give you very well considered opinions about those concerns.
Thanks.

while I don't have a manual for that truck, 2300 lbs or 3500kg is wrong.
