Clark C500 SERIES:
Need to identify the model # and serial #for old forklift

I have a an old clark forklift that has an oil leak and I need to find the manual. But i can not find the serial or model #
I can supply photos but I'm not sure how to attach them to this post.

when sitting in the seat of the forklift
the lever to raise the fork in on the right hand side
2 levers..
1 lever raises the fork and the other one tilts
