Has anyone experienced problems with the control handles breaking on the new Raymond Reach?

When pms are done, check the set screws and tighten them accordingly. As they back out, the operators tend to over-extend the handles because the travel pots are'nt full at 0 volts. They notice their trucks are not going as fast and have a tendency to push harder.
