Control module wiring

Hello I am in need of help I have forklift with wiring problems the spec plate is as follows
Yale erco040abn36se073ee
Battery eo Volts 36 serial no n470913

Firstly I am not an electronic wizard but the wiring from the forklift has 2 plugs on it (1 large 1 small )and 7wire terminals that are attached by screwdown fasteners however there are 3 plug holes in the module and only 6 screw terminal
And I am concerned I will fry the unit if I connect it up wrong
The module has the letters ic3645ev osc.asm on the label
I have purchased a new electronic control module but my fitter has retired and I have no wiring diagram to reinstall the module
Could anyone please help I have tried lots of people and they are just not interested in helping
I would appreciate it if someone could send my a wiring diagram
Kind regards Jason
