Code 8z I need help

I can't figure out why the truck is coding this. The code is not in the manuals. I stI'll have steering and lift/lower functions. Just no forward or reverse travel. Its also not giving me the option to enter a password to get into the service functions

Code 8Z: Drive Train Error Detected: While traveling in a straight line at 2.5 mph (4.0 km/h) or greater with a greater than 50% throttle request, high current is detected in one traction motor and not the other.

Jack up both traction tires and request travel. If only one traction tire turns while both traction motors are turning, repair the drive train as necessary.

I think it also may be caused by a bad encoder or maybe brake its being applied.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
