Error Code 85 & 89

I got error codes 85 and 89. I've searched everywhere on line, but can't find out what they indicate. I turned off the ignition key, waited a minute and the restarted. They codes went away for a couple minutes, then returned. Battery was at 30%.

Both errors refer to low voltage and as you described battery @ 30% I would suspect the battery terminal voltage has dropped too low. Put battery through a full charge cycle and check terminal voltage under full load.
If capacitor voltage drops to <30V for 0.5s then error 85 will occur.
Check fuses and power cables also.
