Handset Reads Fault code " Inhabit "

After many hrs of checking and even calling one crown tech. Can anyone tell me what this means or anything about it.

That would be an SRO fault, Inhibit (code 18) is purely related to the charger.

It can also mean a presence error, foot pedals, hand sensors etc, but if key is on and lead is plugged in wave will beep, that is an inhibit fault too

Inhibit means its been keyed on when plugged in to the wall to charge, or it thinks it is. Usual fix is to replace the charger if the fault is preventing use of the machine...if its just in the fault log then its user error, ignore it.

There are 8 segments on the battery meter. Which segments are lit translate to a fault code. I can dig up a book. Don't work for Crown anymore, but sure my dealer has one someplace.

Fact of the week
