not firing

Please help me out my forklift is not firing and is displaying error code t232-t248.what should I do about it

t232 is the traction potentiometer issue. It can be the pot itself or some plastick gears linked to it broken.
t248 is a different issue.
You probably have some teeth on the sprocket broken.
Eventually check the speed sensor which counts the teeth.
Anyway, 90% cases I've seen were the problems with the sprocket on the flywheel.
