Discussion:
C016 and E085 errors - help

When you drive slow no error codes come up but when increasing to full speed C016 and E085 errors come up and the unit abruptly stops. You have to turn the power off and back on in order to drive again but the same thing happens.

Could bad batteries cause this? Batteries are currently weak.

Any help with these error codes would be appreciated.

sorry error 84 is speed sensor, error 85 refers to low power voltage. If battery is weak then I would suggest connect a good battery first, also check power connections to controller and line contact tips.
C016 refers to main controller
