Break Fluid

Can anyone please tell me if there is a check valve for the break fluid? I have went through the entire manual and haven't found anything.

Remove the dash coverings on the left side of the unit ,The brake fluid res is beside the "E" brake handle.

Even better if someone could tell me exactly where you fill the break fluid that would be great.
