Discussion:
Check Engine Light

I have a customer that has just purchased a Doosan G30e-5 Serial # MC-00128. In cold weather it started to miss at first acceleration. We changed the spark plugs and corrected that issue. The check engine light stays on continuously and we can't locate any information on how to retrieve the error codes or any procedure to clear check engine light. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a G33E-5 with an Engine Management Light also staying on. Would you be so kind as to share how you retrieve error codes for this truck.

Yes, it does have a Woodward fuel system. Thanks, that sounds like just what I need. Are there any lists of error code descriptions for these trucks available. I was hoping it was an OBDII compatible forklift, but not so lucky. Thanks, if you could add that procedure, I would greatly appreciate it. I added a email address in my profile.

Have an e,mail to post in your PROFILE? Does this truck have a woodward fuel sytem? There is a procedure using the Accel pedal to retrieve and erase codes.
