try to set the settings to default. we just fix the error e47. we discover that the hydraulic motor controler got burn inside cuz the 1 line is loose. and we change the controller but got the same Error code. after we set the settings to default the forklift work nomally.

Hi,
I have the same problem. I have bought Mitsubishi FB15KRT-PAC from the year 2010. and sometimes it go normally, but sometimes it will go only a half meter forward or backward and then stops. And there is red light on control panel and it shows error E47.
After you switch main switch on/off several times, it goes again normally for maybe obe or more hours anf then again the same problem.
What to do?

no the D1L diode is located on the control panel along beside where the IGBT's are on the shunt bars, should be a small black box looking component that is screwed down to the heatsink and connected inline with the main pos power shunt bar.
There will be 3 of these side by side, the one fartherest away from the logic card assy is D1R, the one next to it is D1L, there will be a space between this one and the one closest to the logic card assy which is D1P.

Left armature diode, abnormality

check the D1L diode

check the wiring between the D1L and CS2 current sensor
also check the CS2 current sensor

if no problems found then logic is bad, replace logic
