I did locate the problem.
It turns out that the operator felt he needed a break and pulled the cord in the drive motor encoder. The customer of coarse doesn't know who did it and wish they did because it was a very expensive part at $600.00+.

No one else has jumped in on this one and if this is not an AC truck then please ignore this advice, A code of 32 on an N series truck would suggest that the U phase on the drive motor was over current, maybe this needs checking out, maybe a clamp meter to check each phase would be helpful.
