IT will not start running and the code reads 41 ?? What does that mean ?

there is a service bulletin out about this code for installing PTC current limiter inline with the power circuit on the inverters.

A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
