Toyota F7FBCU20 electric lift

Headlights damaged and fuse blown-where in the wiring system is the fuse for the lights-took dash covers off but cant find a fuse box-have wiring diagram but looks like they are inline somewhere-any help would be great.

driver side lower panel between tires. open that and near the drive wheel there is 2 or 4 black quarter turn fuse holders. fu4 is for the lights.

might be a fuse block where the control panel is
