Cat EP16KT flashing "E"

Pretty much like the title says
I've got a cat EP16KT flashing an "E" on the dash at start up and has no travel or Hyd

Any suggestions?

It could have very well been the foot switch as it started functioning normally after I removed the floor plates to check the fuse.

I think flashing e is seat switch and static e is foot pedal or static return to off, thinks you have started the truck with foot on accelerator. Try pulling the footpedal up and holding it up when you start it may be adjustment on foot pedal.
