They are both part number 200319.
The -002 & -006 are just the software release versions, -006 is just a newer software release of -002.
BT PART 200319-002 Part no. of OPW1200HSE , BT PART 200319-006 Part no. of OPW1000HSE

I am also intrested to know about the emergency mode. how can we do this ?
Steering working is a good sign as that means you have a traction fault.
Brake is only on the back wheel, either manually release the brake then you can push / steer the truck out the way.
OR pick the back end of the truck up so the drive wheel is just clear of the floor & tow it out the way.
only steering is working...

So the truck wont drive at all after starting it up?
What functions are working on the truck?
Is the steering working?
Does the brake release when you go for traction?
Can you get the truck to go in to emergency mode with the joystick dance?

Be a good idea to jack up & block the truck BEFORE you bypass the dead man handles if your working on your own!
OR get a 2nd person to operate the truck / stay in the cab.
A wet rag placed on each dead man handle will latch it on.
You can check the status on the A2 card.
Pin 201 is the left dead man
Pin 202 is the right dead man
Green led lit up means the dead man / switch input is activate.
The truck is basic free ranging.
You haven't mentioned if the truck is:
Just basic free ranging?
Fitted with wire guidance?
Set up for rail guidance?
As for the slow speed:
Brake air gap adjusted correctly?
Both the optical speed sensors on top of the traction motor correctly adjusted?
