Jungheinrich ETR320, Serial #91038441- The drive gets hung up on uneven surfaces and just spins. We have replaced the upper caster wheel bearings and adjusted the springs. The drive tire looks like brand new and the and the assembly is articulating properly.
The other issue is that there in no feathering to the lowering speed. How is this adjusted? Do you need a laptop and software to adjust it?
