Discussion:
Crown RC 3020-30 with no travel.

I have a Crown RC3020-30 S/N 1A298422 that belongs to one of our customers. It came in with a code -05 as per the manual the TB11- 1 and 2 voltages were checked and were within spec., I also checked the accel. pot and I did not like the readings I was getting and having a new pot on hand, I replaced the old pot and made sure that it was properly centered. I also made sure that the forward and reverse switches were properly adjusted. I no longer have the -05 code or any other codes popping up on the hand set but I still do not have any travel. The A1 contactor is not coming in as well as the F/R A and B contactors. Steer and hydraulic motors both working fine along with all other systems, just no travel. All of the fuses have been checked and the battery is in a good state of charge. I can't help but think that there is something simple that I have over looked.
As a side note this customers operators are very hard on their trucks. They have 2 Crown RC's a Raymond reach and 6 Toyota riding jacks and we have been out there almost every week to repair one or more of their trucks. Most of the time it is something do to them running into or over things. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Good day - a couple of questions for you. Have you verified battery voltage at the card? Verify that control voltage is present from positive to negative as well. If so have you checked the safety switches and dead man pedal? You can perform a 2-3 bypass on the card to eliminate any safety issues from engaging the contactors. From my experience with these crowns if its not a safety switch or another small problem it is usually a 2 rec?
Hope this helps

The truck has started working but I don't know why. There has been no changes made to the truck since I turned it on and had no travel and then off, 10min. later on and all is working. The floor pads are being held down with weights and have not been moved.
