Electrical Forklift: Not Move

Greetings all

I am salute you from Chile.

My brother owns a Forklift, this is the model.

YALE ERCO50ZG 48 VOLTS SERIAL V13660X

He had the EV100 hand set and show error 67 and 93

The traction motor it is ok, and conected. Power supply lines seems correct too.

status code 67: Short Circuit sensed on power output to pump motor.
Possible Causes:
- Short circuit in motor or heavy power wires going to motor.
- If status code is displayed when power wires are disconnected, short circuit is internal.
- Replace motor controller

status code 93: Power steering motor brushes are worn
Possible Causes:
- pump motor brushes are worn too short
- motor brush wear sensor wires to motor controller may have a short to battery positive.

Hi I don't think code 67 is correct you may have to check it again.
It may be 76 if so its been to some fault occurring during regen braking causing C1 to have to high a voltage. This results in the forward and reverse contacts pulling in and falling out and then will only close when the key switch is open and closed.

93 possibly due to hyd motor to hot, temp sensor has closed to battery negative.
