this truck starts on a key, it doesn't have a keypad at all.
It has a rectangular indicator panel but there aren't any codes on it. I'll look for the fuse you've described when I go back.

is the unit you are working on an a/c steer motor and do you have to input start code from a circular type keypad ?
if so check that the power steering fuse is not blown which is hidden right next to the steer controller on one of the buss bars its a funny square type of fuse that joins the buss with the controller and hard to spot if you don't know its there that's providing we are talking about the same machine as the model number appears slightly different the fuse looks like a square liquorice allsort with fuse wire inside it good luck
