Hi there

I have the above truck (LPG) which has a temporary loss of spark.

Does anyone have service info that may help?

Thanks in advance

Last i heard was the K series Europe models are fitted with distributors instead of coil overs. Be glad when the TB45 goes coil over!

Problem resolved and was down to a poor connection in the distributor cap.
The engine is a k21 with a distributor and coil all in one unit.

Thanks

Thanks all, I will check out the engine type tomorrow. From memory it has a nikki gas unit on it not an impco and the model is a -20

If it is just a simple self contained then running a hot to the distributor wire could rule out low voltage due to shorts, ignition switch, wire harness, fuse and ect. If the distributor has puked its internal coil up after checking that distributor has good ground with hot on then a new distributor is in the making. The k series engine will be a different beast and i would like to respond only when it is confirmed as a K series engine..

I found a -16 on line with an engine picture. H20 with old school Impco, would be a self contained distributor. 2004. I bet a -20 is a K21 engine with coil packs???
