S/N ETB6A00131 have an Error 23

Dear All of My friend,
I have a Caterpillar forklift type EP16K, S/N: ETB6A00131
But now this unit was breakdown because of error 23, no traction, and no hydraulic.
unfortunetely i dont have a manual book for this unit, and i dont know where i have to start my trouble shooting.
If any body have service training book,.. i will really appreciate if you can please send the book to my email,

left drive motor transistor fault. check motor wiring and motor, test the power transistor it is probaly blown. drive board logic card or current sensor may be bad.
