Linde H150D stalling issue

Linde H150D with Perkins 1106 engine. This truck is equipped with an ECM as well as an electronic injector pump. The engine will stall out very intermittently. It can run for 5 minutes or 6 hours before it dies. We have checked all of the simple stuff; fuel filters, lift pump, fuel lines and expect that the problem is in either the ECM or injector pump. Any ideas or suggested tests that we can perform will be greatly appreciated.
