What is error code 31 mean on my 2EC30?

I had a code 31 on a CAT forklift. The engine would not accelerate and the check engine light was on. It turned out to be a blown 15amp fuse.

on a microcommand system:
Display = 31: Pump armature transistor emitter fault (low, B terminal). No lift truck operation.

on EV100ZX there is no code 31 so you have to have the microcommand system.

you can go ahead and give serial number if you like but the code is still going to be the same.
