I have got the kvaser driver installed and it works on Tecna 2000 tow trucks using there own version of software. But i need to connect to a chinese forklift fitted with 2 ACS drive controllers and a VMC20 controller. The truck service tool is not hyster or yale software it is Danaher/Kollmorgen software.

this is a multi-step process, you need to get the 'drivers' for the 'kvaser leaf light' from the kvaser website, and get that recognized by the computer, then you will be able to "talk" between the computer and the usb+can, then you get the truck service tool to run, then you have to "update" the truck service tool on first run to get the trucks loaded.
I am not positive the kvaser usb-can tool works with hyster-yale products even though it plugs up, but that would be what is required with the IFAK USB-CAN tool.
