Manitowoc Manlift V2039E

I am needing any info I can get for a Manitowoc Manlift V2039E S/N 7059. As far as I can tell they are no longer in buisness and I have been unable to find anything but lifts for sale on the net other than the company that has taken over the parts sales and they do not offer any tech support. We do not have any information on this truck and the bosses want it to work. I was told that the controler was shot and that is about all I know.Any info would be of great help.
Thanks
