Have a Great day and thanks for all the great advice! sharpforklift@gmail.com

For me it looks like tilt potentiometer.
Errors 225 and 490 indicates that the problems are there.
280 is an internal module error linked with the lift, but it means again - tilt potentiometer.
May be calibration problem, but according to my experience, most likely it's simply the defect.
Concerning the pins - of course I mean the connection between N1 module and the potentiometer pins (look at the mailed pictures)
I will send you some catalogue picture, where this poti is shown and part of the electric plan showing the module N1 and the poti (2B3)
You must only choose the part in accordance to year of the truck production.
Until 2009 the part No is: 3863604700
After 2009 the part No is 3003604700

Hope it helps

Thank you sooooo much for your help. Today I had another unit that I swapped finger controller for lift and tilt. Lost code of T225, Now sometimes has L220, will lift for about 4 inches and stops. Sometimes will tilt forward and back. Then sometimes will give codes L220 L280 and L426. Have swapped controllers and seems to be the same. When you say to check connections between above noted pins. From which pot? I can read the numbers on both connectors and know what you are talking about. Is there a learn mode on this type of unit. Like a Raymond or Crown?

Again,
Thanks a million for your assistance. Here in Texas, very few of these units.

Sincerely,
David

T225 - travel direction switch, or cables between this switch and the lift module N1. There's a big plug. Have a look at the pins 36,37,72.

L222 - joystick for hydraulics - most probably it's defected, although check the connections.

L220 - most likely mast potentiometer. The output values are out of tolerance. Replace. Eventually check the connections between potentiometer and the lift module N1 - particulary the pins 30, 88, 103, 118.

Good luck
