deadman switches do not agree.

check the tab at the end of the pedal, steel banding is a good replacement.
possibly a broken spring in the hall effect microswitch or a bad switch causing it to stay closed
bad wiring from the switches to the carraige control card.
bad wiring in the overmast cable.

input test I31 (carraige deadman) or as i say lift deadman
input test I32 (brake deadman signal to tractor manager) or as i say travel deadman
