Calibration of BT RRE3 reach carriage distance

Hello,
I have a RRE3 reach truck and reach carriage speed unstable.Refer the service manual and calibration steps but this machine doesn't properly work.some time its work.So that i have change A5 and A2 card.But still problem
Let me know what is principal of reach carriage calibration and how to solved this case?

Your hydraulic pump is faulty, known issue on the older Reflex.

Put a pressure gauge on the test port under the pump, reach out & stall the hydraulics, if your not seeing a minimum reading of 130 bar then replace the pump.

There is a BT service message for this fault, I'll dig it out.
