display shows "Lo"

Hello , Please give the details of the" Lo "for the CATERPILLAR ,EP20KT,ETB5A-76600. The Battery voltage is getting 49 volts.

Hey Lishoy, we had the same problem on two different machines. The first time the line contactor was blocked inside and the second time was a problem with the printcard.

All I can tell you is that the system is saying that the battery consumption is to much and that you may have a small capacity battery. I think you need to test your battery and check for falling cell voltages. Also check for voltage drop at the line contractors but a low. Battery will stop your line contractors operating. If you do the self diagnostic routine stage 7 will check the battery voltage automatically in the display it will either put up 08 or 07, 08 is a pass and 07 is a fail.
