Please help \ Pallet truck EXU AC 20 - 2012 - Error code E1282

Hi all Still Experts,

I have the problem with this new truck:

- Alarm on the display : E1282
=> checked and confirmed that the can bus is OK :
Resistor CAN bus between CAN L and CAN H : R=60 Ohm
The Voltage between CAN L and CAN H = 2.5 VDC

=> Change the new Tiller head from another truck but the problem is not from Tiller head.

- I tried to connect with the laptop but the service socket of this new truck is different from my USB canbox (PEAK_Dongle_1_71).

Please kindly advise how to solve this problem.

Hello Claudio,

I have the Steds 8.10 and USB box cable peak.
My friend has sent to me the Steds 8.11 but it is not arrived yet.

In the meanwhile, could you please check from your Steds :

The error code E 1282 of the truck EXU20 serial W401552xxx - 2010 =>
what does it mean ?
- I have checked the canbus system is OK.
- Check the tiller head is OK.
But I don't undertand The error code E 1282 ?
