The serial of this truck is 7FBEF20 15968
The problem we have is that we have had 2 similar Toyota trucks throw up these errors. We checked the brake switches (no brake pots). However in the case of 1 truck once you disconnect the battery and reconnect the fault clears, for hours or days in some cases. The other one also clears once the battery is disconnected and connected, however sometimes just clears if left standing.
Is there a problem that Toyota might be aware of? Or has anyone come across this issue? Any tips and suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi
Just an update.
The customer had bypassed the seat switch after informing him this was one of the suggestions. My only concern was that with the seat disconnected it always came up with an operator error of some sort, however Since then he has not complained. Its been 3 days so far without fail :)...then again sometimes it went weeks..we will have to wait and see.
Thank you for all the pointers and advice, much appreciated.

Hi mate,
A5 indicates a seat switch abnormality. check wires from connections CN101-5 / CN101-16 in CPU board. Also can check if is OK through display in monitor mode.
