Key on, dash lights light, but does NOT start self-test, depressed deadmen pedal and an alarm sounds but thats it. Curtiss box flashine a code...handset shows fault is "overvoltage" but only has 5.5vdc to 6.1vdc on B+....line contactor does NOT close. Replaced both deadmen switches...no help. Any thoughts on this problem would be great.
