still r60 -20

info req r60 -20 ser 60120421 have steer fault , steering comes on all time transducer appears ok but have 6v 3 v split reset to 4. 5v at centre , origional fault only power steering in reverse ? still runs on even when finger contacts unplugged, possible card fault?
