usually when you get all these codes popping up its one of 2 things on these trucks
like kevin said its voltage issues causing the system to get incorrect 'expected' readings therefore it throws random codes for everything.
-check the battery AND charging system
-check the frame ground over on the side of the frame battery side, make sure its clean, not painted, sometimes they would assemble the trucks and the ground point would be painted over... DOH!
-check the egi relays in the relay box, those have been known to cause these kind of issues as well. If they are the black relays replace them, the new ones are green and do work alot better.

as for a manual, thats a big no no
sorry

hope this helps

You've been swooped!

E21 Mass air flow sensor signal circuit malfunction
E22 Engine Coolant temperature signal circuit malfunction
E23 Throttle Postion sensor signal circuit malfunction
E30 ECM System Malfunction
P03 VCM Communication Error

Sounds like maybe someone was troubleshooting while truck was running and unplugging sensors??

First thing i would check is the battery and make sure it is in good health and check the alternator belt and make sure its tight??

Is unusual to have this many codes pop up all at once??

Fact of the week
The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
