If its fitted with a LT 200 controller it could be 1 of 3 issues

1: Remove drive card and clean the two shunt wires connected to the bus bar and resolder internally to the board.Make sure you dont fit them back the wrong wayon ther bus bar when rebuilding.

2: Controller may need reprogramming but to do this you need a LT200 box

3: Faulty controller so you need to send it away for repair.

Hi there. I am having trouble with a boss Le16. Hyd and power steering work OK. Put into drive and contacts come in but wheels will drive if off floor. On the ground it's as if no power to drive wheels. Does anyone have a manual or error codes for these.

thank you for the input, we'll check this out and let you know. The contactor is indeed clicking (we can also see the lever moving on the relay).
Initially the problem came in sporadicly 3 or 4 times, and then suddenly it didn't resolve anymore. Your suggestion to look for the brushes will be checked.

Normal problems with power steer on these is either, pressure switch on oribitol valve, contactor or most common is power steer motor brushes.
If your contactor is clicking when you try and steer I will pretty much guarantee its the motor. Sometimes giving it a tap will make it go temporally.

remove the spaces (this blog refuses to take email addresses and/or urls) [email address removed] so the prefix = info, then the at-sign, then our domain name "solivi" and the suffix is ".be"

at startup several codes are displayed (repeating itself) for 10-20 seconds : 005 226 002 003 (cannot read inbetween because too rapid) 008 009 008 009 008 009 008 009 and when it stabilises it shows 70 from the battery level.
after a few moments one can operate everything except the servo steering

A good engineer is a helpful engineer
it is a series of codes at startup, and after a few moments it just displays the battery capacity. It is not always the same, but I need to capture it at our warehouse.
The problem we have is that the servo steering doesn't work anymore and steering is very very heavy. Priority is to solve that one and I need the hydraulic and electric schematics + physical exploded drawings to start looking for the problem.

It could be the same as Jungheinrich EFG DF16. What error code number do you have?

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
