Urgent \ Please help RX20-20 (Error No.A6610,D5603)

Hi friends,

I am in the customer site now the truck could not drive and whenever to press the drive pedal it stops and alarm:

A6610,D5603--

It can lift normally.

I try to look into my error list but these errors do not exist in my file. Please help

Hello,
Test the voltaje to MCU, (have a battery button). Need 3 volts, if it's down is normal errors, that not show in list.

No that errors are not in list I also dont have this errors on list,but how I see it is traction unit in problem.
