help with stacker BT SWE 100

Hi everybody, i have a problem with a stacker BT SWE100, it's running perfectly and suddenly , it has two faults codes C28 and C41. It isn't moves ahead and back, it's dead. I don't had information for this stacker,can anybody help me?

Hi marcos.
You might have problem with your battery.Check all connections between elements/cells,and the main cable and plug.
C28-Advertencia del interruptor de emergencia.Check fuses and the micro in the bottom of the emergency switch.
C41-Advertencia de baixa tension de la bateria.
