One of my technicians is replacing a lift pot on an NDR030SCM036TE095 and needs to relearn the system. I need the procedure to access the learn function.

It turned out that the pot wasn't working because the switch in the handle was normally open instead of normally closed. Swapped it out with a factory part and all is good. Thanks for all of your input.
this is an older truck no? as in before hyster/yale started using the long serial numbers?
serial number tells me so
where was it mfg'd at? if in north america then the SCM part of model number is wrong? wouldnt it be SCN?
this truck has no learn proceedure if i'm not mistaken.
you have to set it up manually (old school way) using an ohm meter.
i could be wrong but i'm pretty sure i'm not ;o)
