Hi guys I have a BT sl 2.0 ride on pallet truck
Turn on thg ignition and it powers up.step on the floor switch and the line contactor closes at this point you have lift function steer function. select either fwd or rev the machine cutout and displays fault code E 102.
any ideas or if anyone had a manual that would me great

These SL 2.0's are to prehistoric to use the BT CAN service key.
All the adjustments are done with the 3 push buttons on the A5 card ( big silver card ) & also the Curtis hand held programer on the A1 card ( black traction box )
A5 card is in overall charge of the truck BUT that feeds certain information on to the A1 card which is basically in charge of traction & brake.

when you say the outputs are they from the drive controller or the silver box above the drive controller.this is a non canbus key model. again thanks for the help
E102 = One of the outputs has short circuited to earth.
If the fault occurs on the outputs for driving/brakes the drive is cut.
If the fault occurs on the outputs for hydraulic pump the lift is blocked.
If the fault occurs on the outputs of other hydraulic functions lifting and lowering are blocked.
