yes, I had the metalic pipe crack in curve 12 years ago
Good news from you!! Hydraulic problem is somtimes much more difficult than electric one since it is invisible and take too much work to check and measure!

I would like to thank you all for your help again. The mystery solved. The metalic pipe inside the tank that is in the outlet of the pump had a crack that was barely visible. So i change it and everything is ok now.
I think if you check the pressure by the pump outside you must have more than 90 bar... Maximum pump pressure are 200 - 230 bar
Hello Numa. I have made all the above you mention and the pressure is 90 bar. I have allready ordered the seal kit of the cylinders. So i will change them and i will let you know.
Best regards
Hi friend,
Max gave us a very helpful experience on this truck model but unluckily for you since it is not the case.
If I were you, I will do step by step:
- Open the hydraulic pipe output from the pump: to check if oil pressure out put is strong enough. If no, you have to check the motor current if increase enough (you should use the DC Ampemeter to measure and compare with the norminal A of the truck)? or the pump has problem (you have changed the new pump). If yes, go to the next step
- Open and Check the oil out put from the pipe which connected to the block valve and the oil output from the bock to see if the block valve is blocked or not.
- If everything is normal, you can get the oil pressure from all above mentioned test points. The only thing remain is the pistong seal kit of the cylinder.
Good luck my friend.

Thank you very much for your answers. Nuna the other function are not working properly. Fittermax that was very interesting, but i changed the pipe in the tank but the problem remains.
Hi Touristas.
I think you have an ETV-MSE. This model runs from aprox 1988 to 1994. A well known problem with this is the rubberhose inside the tank. When this hose gets old it softens, and when you lift AND only when you lift, the hose get flat and oil can't flow. You can check the oil after lifting. If you see a lot of small bubles (air) in oil, the pump get no oil. It is also a litle noisy during lifting. Replace hose and it may run proberly.
Best regards, Max
you said that the lifting function is weak. How about the other hydraulic functions e.g tilting, side shifting ?

Thank you very much both, for your answer. I have checked what you have mention and everything it is ok. I think i have problem in the hydraulic block, maybe an internal leak.
Best regards
please check the pipe for leakage in curve for pump output,it is inside oil tank you don't see
Hi ,do you have check the max pressure valve on the blok? It stay open to 90 bar or something?
