Jungheinrich EFG-DF-DF16G..year 1999

Hello,
I have problem with Jungheinrich EGF-DF16G..year 1999, which was dead totally.
There was to measurement card goes wires damaged and being in connection with to the frame.

I fixed wires and exchange the new measurement card and one new controller of drive motor in the back.
I have also exchanged old drive controller to the place of lift controller in the back.
Now works other lifts except sideshift, both drive motors don't.
When I'm switch on the forklift then it's show error 54.

I don't know what error mean. Can anyone suggest anything.
If some would be give list of an error codes or coulds helps I would be extremely grateful.

Hello Laci.
Raul writes the controller is in the back. If so, it has to be 3 controllers totally. The EFG with ZAPI has controllers in leftside and it is a B1 for traction and ZAPI HP for hydraulic.

Hello Max,

Thank you very much for the information.
The back of the forklift, there are three a controller, but I do not remember the type.
Display showed the text, but I do not remember what.
I look at all the things you mentioned tomorrow.

Thank you once again, now possible to proceed with this problem.

Hello Raul.
Error 54 is motor cable broken or cable for temperatur sensor. If you have changed controllers, check for bad connections. Also check the small connector (6 pins) on motor. Does display write any text beside error 54? Does this forklift have 3 MP1514 Controllers??? If so you can't replace or interchange controllers without reprogramming interface and controllers. Either by LISA or by laptop/judit.
