After a complete charge only the hydraulics work. No driving functions work. Any ideas?

If _no_ codes, must be older than one that has codes, so you will need to check the voltages (assuming it is an ev100, at the tb1 through tb6) for correct input to the logic.
or fuses, check the fuses.
Sounds like a start switch issue to me. Check for debris around the throttle pedal that could be stopping the start switch functioning
Nope there are no codes. Already checked the contacts. Will look at the brake and seat switch. Will get serial number if that helps tomorrow morning.
