Raymond ET-F-08 code 2U And 2H

I have code 2U since two or three weeks and it happen randomly three or four times a week. Today I had 2H. Operator needs to release deadman for emergency stop. Does anyone have a list of codes for this series? And also maybe what test to perform or a hint on what can cause the problem. The machine also has the ACR technology. Thanks!

I have replaced the encoder bearing in the motor and it solved the problem completely. It might a bad wiring connection, a squeezed wire, or a faulty control card but U didn't have to go as far.

If possible, someone has a spare parts book for this serie? I suspect a bad bearing in the motor. The machine looks like it wants to jam for a fraction of second while at full speed and then everything normal. Speed is jerky but it seems to be mechanical and I can't notice a speed reduction because the phenomena is too quick. Hard to explain. Someone already had a problem similar? Thanks
