Fleet Management

Can anyone tell me if the Raymond I-Warehouse is web based and how this may compare to the Infolink that Crown offers? the information they provide seem to be very simialar. I believe the Crown model is tied into the infrastructure of the end user. I am not sure about I Warehouse. Is this a safety concern from the IT Department of the end user? Any feedback on good/bad/indifferent would be helpful.

Thanks D. Was there any issues within your IT Dept with the access that Crown needed? Also, could you access the data from a home PC?

They do have a web based offering but how they have it set up is only one of your managers/supervisor could be logged in accessing the information at any one time. In my experience with fleet management systems InfoLink is much more user friendly system as it allows me to manage by exceptions through benchmarking. The way that they designed the software shows me where all my my cost savings opportunities to me whereas iWarehouse did have a lot of the same information which they show in graphs but I still had to go run reports to get the information behind it if I wanted to find my opportunities. Crown has been great to work with on the support of their system. With iWarehouse there was a disconnect on who could help me when I had any issues/questions arise (and there were plenty believe me). The company I was at before this one had iWarehouse and it was not a worthy investment in my opinion and I now run InfoLink in my current company. I would strongly encourage InfoLink over iWarehouse.
