hi guys im having a bit of trouble with a doosan b1.5t5. when i looked at the machine at first there was no code or information on the display after checking a few items i found the main controller had failed.I replaced the unit now i have steering and hydraulics but no drive. when you select drive the line contactor closes and the display shows that the machine is getting a fwd/rev signal but it just cuts out opens the line contactor and fault code F5 shows.
if there is anyone who can give me some information re this problem or even better a service manual would be a great help.
my mail is in my profile thanks guys

Raytech,
does your manual cover The Daewoo B18T-2? I have the F5 code as well. But, all the manuals I have found are for A/C drive lifts. The one I have is D/C. if its does could you email it to me at paul.g.wooten(at)heubel.com

more than likely is a logic card or something along those lines,dont work on alot of Daewoos or AC trucks but is what im thinking it has to be a card of some sort.....
Thank you Kevin,
when the manual asks for logic replacement, what exactly is that refering to?
7777.......
Check your line contactor for welded tips: Manual states.....
In case of alarm follow this procedure:
1. Verify the correctness of wiring from pump
motor and relative inverter;
2. Replace cable connecting the output CN4 of the
logic with the corresponding inverter;
3. Replace the inverter connected to CN4 output
of the logic;
4. Verify if main breaker has stuck closed
terminals: in such a case replace it;
5. Replace the cable connecting the output CN1 of
the logic to the right drive motor inverter: a
defective cable could give a wrong measure for
capacitors voltage;
6. Replace the right drive inverter;
7. Replace logic.
Maybe someone can also shed a light on this B15T-5, H4-00213, 2000 model. No lift, no drive.
I get a code: A, w/ an alarm. The manual states the pre charge capicitors are less than 70% of battery voltage. This is because the line contactor is not closing and draining the capaitors in attemp to energize the drive motors. Fuses are good, did not open the line contactor to look yet.
Does anyone have any ideas before I open the truck?
Hi Guys,
I have a similar problem on B-15-T (2001 dc modle) which shows a flashing F-5 after switch on. Line contactor drops out etc. So far I have swapped LHS & RHS motor cables (at the contactor), the transistor packs and the current sensors (all side to side) but no joy so far. I think it may be a logic but would like to prove it.
Just wondered if anyone can shed any light on this or does anyone have a manaul?
